The formation of Rafuse Hill & Hodges was primarily driven by the desire to focus on quality client service at a reasonable price for both large and small cases. The partners at RHH found that the current large, national law firm business model is inconsistent with client needs as they relate to both service and cost. RHH recognizes that litigation is often an unanticipated expense to clients that directly affects profitability. As many business clients seek solutions to budgetary pressures from all vendors, RHH is able to work in a creative, less expensive environment and respond to very real and important client financial constraints. RHH is committed to providing outstanding quality legal services more efficiently and at more reasonable rates than are typically associated with national practices.

Prior to starting their own firm, Nancy Rafuse and William Hill were partners in a large international law firm of approximately 800 attorneys. Hill brought to his new firm not only big-firm litigation experience, but more than twenty years as a Georgia State and Superior Court judge. Ken joined Nancy and Hill as a partner in 2011 after serving for fifteen years as a prosecutor, including twelve as District Attorney for the Dougherty Judicial Circuit. Ken was the 2010 Democratic Party nominee for Georgia Attorney General.
