Because of the firm’s modest size, partners are able to offer new associates challenging work assignments that will enable them to develop professionally.  In fact, junior associates are charged with the responsibility of taking witness depositions, preparing witnesses for depositions, drafting mediation statements, and participating in strategy meetings with clients.  The firm’s moderate size also enables partners and senior associates to pay close attention to the career paths of new associates.  In particular, partners encourage associates to become involved in the Atlanta community and provide important entrees for interested attorneys.  At the end of the day, Rafuse Hill & Hodges invests time in its junior associates to help them become outstanding professionals.
